How To edit colour of heading in rich text on Dawn Theme

Hi there, I am trying to change the colour of the heading in my rich text to #1D4898. Here is the photo.

.rich-text__blocks a { color: black !important; }

.rich-text__blocks .h1 { color: black !important; }

The colour still stays black
