Ive hire a shopify expert and I still have this problem with my business not showing just the name with spacing instead of a url at the top of another url in google organic search. I believe this effects my seo correct?

You are referring to the Google Site Name display. While this doesn’t technically hurt your ranking position, it definitely hurts your Click-Through Rate (CTR) because a raw URL looks less trustworthy to customers than a clean brand name.
So yeah, no harm no foul but if you can handle that, that would make your site more trustworthy!
