Hi, i’ve managed to edit the bottom text of the “Payment” box via Edit Language (“Offsite gateway”). My payment provider told me that it is not possible to edit the top box of the payment (picture attached). I wanted to ask if it would be possible to edit that text via edit code? Theme is Dawn. Thanks.

It is possible to edit the payment method name through various apps, one example is ETP Sort Hide Payment Methods, I recommend giving it a try, good luck!

Your payment provider is right. You can’t edit that via code.
Unless you’re on Shopify Plus, the checkout code is completely locked down for security reasons. Even if you were on Plus, third-party payment gateway names and their injected top descriptions are controlled directly by the provider’s integration.
