It sounds like you’re doing all the right things, but the label might still be pulling outdated info from your store’s default shipping settings or account profile.
Try double checking your Store Address under Settings Locations and also your Shipping From address under Settings Shipping and Delivery. If those are correct, and it’s still not updating, it might be worth reaching out to Shopify Support they can check if there’s a cached value or another source behind the label.
