How to efficiently update product price lists?

I am looking for a quick way to update my price lists when a product cost or price changes.

I would think the best way would be to have a price lists button near the prices on the product page that will display all price lists with a fixed price for that product and the ability to update it right there.

Another option in my opinion which is not ideal but also an option is to send a email daily/weekly timer with the names of the price lists that need to be reviewed and under each price list the name of the item and the new cost for the item as shown below. This should be possible with script or flow but isn’

Please update the following price lists:

  1. home depot (price list 1)
    item 0106 – new cost $21
    item 0001 – new cost $15

  2. brooklyn brewery (price list 2)
    item 1450 – new cost $50

  3. local bakery (price list 3)
    item 0106 – new cost $21
    item 1450 – new cost $50
    item 3333 – new cost $169.50
