How to eliminate zip code requirement from checkout?

Hi there,

I live in the Caribbean where we don’t really use Zip Codes, and so the mandatory zip code is causing cart abandonment.

Is there a way to remove it completely from the checkout code, or at least put a message saying to use 6 zeros instead?

I’m using the Dawn theme, and the url is https://thepetalpro.studio

Oh one more thing - because I’m in the Caribbean, we don’t get any of the payment options offered by Shopify, so we really use the website just for taking orders as it gathers all the info we need to create payment links here via our local banks.

Hi @chris-toph-er ,

Shopify doesn’t allow changing the checkout page until you have a Shopify Plus plan.
You can add a note on the Cart page.
