If you don’t want to tag the orders manually (step 1), you can use Order Automator to bulk tag any customers based on their purchase (like certain products), and then export that customer list. This app handles various order / customer processing tasks as well to save time on manual tasks.
Send apology emails to your customers and inform them about delays, backorders, etc. with Notify Rush.
You can filter your orders to choose which ones to email. After selecting the relevant orders, you can send emails in seconds. There is no limit on outbound emails.
Basically, to send the emails to customers you can use the app AiTrillion. I would like to inform you that you need to send the campaigns to the customers. With the help of AiTrillion, you can send Email, SMS, Webpush/Flows, and you can also use the various other apps like Loyalty rewards, Reviews and many more.
Also, the audience are automatically fetched. So, you need to just create a segment with the filters and send the email.
