I have two questions regarding business’s that use Shopify.

I am aware there is a Terms and Agreement app and I do ultilize this. I would like to have some sort of App or product listed where it is a contract that customers fill out when renting out of my party rentals. I started creating the contract in a Google Doc but I would have to let them edit it to sign and that is not professional! Can anyone guide me in this?

I want to start having delivery as an option on my website, however I am not happy with the delivery options in the settings. I would much rather charge a delivery fee based on miles driven not a flat rate. Can anyone assist in how to do this using Shopify?
