unable to enable USD or any other currency on our store. we are location in India and only INR is working

You need to go into “Markets” and turn on Localised Currency for international market.

In order to change the store’s default currency, you will need to navigate to Settings > Store Details > Store currency. However, if you see that the store currency is locked - you will need to contact our live support to make the change. With that being said, you can get in touch with our live support by navigating to the Help Center.
Once you arrive at the Help Center, you will need to make the virtual assistant aware that you would like to Speak with support and you will be connected accordingly.
