How to enable PDF preview in customer upload function?

I have read the forums for a Customer PDF uploader on a product WITH a preview function. The apps i found only support “classic” image-formats (.jpg, .png) that has the preview function, when i try a pdf they will not preview the file. is there someone with a simulare issue?

I have tried “File Uploads by UploadKit” “Live Product Options” . They say they have the functions in some way or another but it will not work.

You mean a PDF file uploaded by the customer, right?

How would you want the pdf to preview? I think perhaps either of those apps should be able to do some custom code for you so they output the link in something like a previewable embed.
