Hi All,
I use Shopify theme and Areviews, anything else shouldn’t be interfering and the users are unable to zoom the product image when on the mobile devices. Please note, I have selected “enable zoom” option and am able to zoom on the desktop on mouse hover.
How can I enable zoom on the mobile devices? I have got a complaint where users say they are unable to zoom when on the mobile devices and have also tested it myself.

You’re theme is using Magnifier.js demo for the Zoom effect on images, unfortunately it doesn’t work on mobile by design
Thank you so much for the answer, was boggling my head around this problem. Do you know how to fix it? I am willing to pay you of course. You would save me a lot of pain. Or do I need to change the theme?
