I am trying to have a feature where if a customer clicks on my image - then a small pop comes up to view the image more closely. And the small pop up window can be closed by clicking the 'X" I would only want this on mobile view. Hope this makes sense? I couldn’t find any custom coding to make this change specifically for mobile, but I’ll send you a couple options you can check out to accomplish your goal.
Since you’re using a Shopify made theme, you might be eligible for Shopify’s Design Time. Design Time is 60 minutes of coding changes to Shopify made themes that you can submit to our support team here. Write “Design time” in the chat > Click “I still need help” > Then follow the prompts to be connected to an advisor.
If you aren’t eligible for Design Time, or you’ve already used your 60 minutes, you can look at hiring a Shopify Partner to make this change for you and any other customization changes you’re looking to make. Check out our Shopify Partners directory here.
