Hi! Could anyone help us with this ?
We coded in a custom field where people can type in their initials to personalise their products. When they add the products to the cart, the initials pop up in both the confirmation email and the order page, but when customers just go to “buy it now” the initials never appear on either the confirmation email or the order page. Could anyone let us know how we can fix this issue? THanks so much!
