How to ensure seamless integration of third party apps in a website redesign?

Hey all,

We are redesigning our site from scratch, and wanted to tap the hive mind on what that looks like from a third party app integration standpoint; i.e., what is the process in ensuring our installed apps integrate and function seamlessly with the new site? Would love to hear people’s experiences.
