Is there a good app that would allow my store to expand the customer notes section? We do a lot of customer consultations and I would like my staff to be able to share notes within customer profiles to better service our customers and see what has been recommend previously along with purchase history.

You can use metafield type of metaobject where admin can fill the notes and modify the profile page to show those metaobject entries.

no… nothing really addressing my question. I’m looking to create expanded customer profiles to help with tracking progression as we consult with them.

Thanks Rob, yes we use the notes section currently but I was looking for a more robust profile notes that date/time stamps updates, meta tags, etc. I’ve found a couple apps that help but nothing suitable. Our clients are dogs, so we like to track their progress over time.
