You can use metafield type of metaobject where admin can fill the notes and modify the profile page to show those metaobject entries.

Thanks Rob, yes we use the notes section currently but I was looking for a more robust profile notes that date/time stamps updates, meta tags, etc. I’ve found a couple apps that help but nothing suitable. Our clients are dogs, so we like to track their progress over time.
