The text in my announcement header is positioned on the left had side, I want to extend the text and change it so that i runs clearly in the centre if the announcement banner. Please can someone help me with this? I have read previous posts about this and how to update the asset liquid code but it is not working for me.

Where can I find the theme.css file? Which section or area is that in? And when you say the top - do you mean before all of the code?
