How to file a complaint for shopify

The customer support is not helpfull at all.

My shop appears as ‘‘FROZEN’’ even though everything is in order and no bills are due.
I just paid my 58$ monthly charge for a website that cannot be used at ALL by customers, they can’t even go to the generic shopify store (xxx.shopify.com), the website is unsuable due to an error on their side.

When being contacted, they cannot give you more details on what’s going on with the ticket, simply that’s it’s been escalated. Also no compensation for the sales you are currently losing nor the PAYMENT that you made for nothing in a way.

Based on experience, account issues will take some time to be resolved though it will really be solved most of the time. It is not ideal though the best course of action is to keep an open communication with Shopify support team as they are the one that overlook your account. It is best to follow-up your case with them via live chat instead of the open ticket or email as it may go further on the queue.
