As this is either a third-party, custom theme or is a heavily-edited version of a Shopify theme, we wouldn’t be able to provide support for it from here ourselves.
I’m sure this is not what you’d like to be hearing right now, and I’d rather we be in a position to help too but due to the code in question not being our own, it is not safe or practicable for our theme specialists to work on this.
Would you have a way to contact the original developer who had worked on this at all?
They would definitely be best placed to provide coding support for their creation and should be able to help determine where that sound is coming from and disable it.
Should you not have any way to contact them, there are still options available in terms of custom coding support.

Sorry that there isn’t more we can do from here directly but, as outlined above, we simply cannot work on non-Shopify (or heavily edited-Shopify) code here.
Is this site a new venture for an existing business, or have you been selling online here for a while already?
