I am setting up an Afterpay account and they are asking for my Merchant ID. May I please have this information so that I can complete the submission form?

Thank you for getting in touch. My understanding is that Afterpay provides you with a Merchant ID during their onboarding process, and that this is not something Shopify can assist with as this ID number is confidential and known only by the gateway and the merchant. You can use this Merchant ID when activating the gateway in Settings > Payments in the Shopify admin. If you cannot locate this ID, I would recommend contacting Afterpay directly for further help.
If you’re instead looking for your Shop ID, the account owner of the store can contact our support team directly and they can provide this number.
