Hi all, I’m coming back to my frozen store after 3 or 4 years away. I thoughts I’d frozen the store and could come back any time to start it up again. I’ve logged in but no sign of the store I had up.
I can’t seem to find the way to chat with a shopify representative either!
Any help greatly appreciated!

Since you mentioned that this happened over 3 years ago, it looks like the reason you can no longer access the store is because the data has been removed, as per our Privacy Policy on Information Retention here.
It’s great to hear that you’re looking to start up again! While you cannot access your old store anymore, I would encourage you to create a new account after you have had a look at our FAQ page here.
