How to find the orders_export report including gift card sales?

Hi,
I’m looking for a report that we once accessed, and now I can’t find it. I’m wondering if it’s based on our subscribed plan. When you would export it, the title to the csv file was orders_export. It was basically a full download of every transaction and all information to go with it.

The only report I can find close to this, does not include gift card sales information.

Thank you!

@mollybh ,

You can export your order data by going to the orders tab > select the all of the orders that you need to export > then click Export on the upper right corner:

The file name for this is orders_export.csv, so this should be the one that you are looking for. I hope this helps.

Thank you! Very helpful.

Hi @mollybh - you might find Sourcetable helpful here. (Full disclosure; I am the founder.)

What you get is a spreadsheet-based reporting tool that will sync all your Shopify data, so you can create reports on anything you like using the raw Shopify data. Super easy to setup, and doesn’t require any coding work. Also, because it’s synced, you won’t have to keep exporting CSV files for your reports, they’ll stay up to date automatically.

Hope that helps! And feel free to reach out if you need a hand with anything,
– Eoin
