How to fix a 20 megapixel size exceed error when uploading pictures?

Hi All,

when i tried uploading pics it shows error Size exceed 20 mega pixcel error i used TinyPNG but still the same error please guide me

The easiest way to fix this is to use Shopify’s image resizer tool https://www.shopify.com/tools/image-resizer
