How to fix a 403 error on the checkout button using Gift Reggie?

Hi, our checkout button when using a third party app called Gift Reggie, shows an error message :

403 Error## Forbidden

Must be a manager to perform this action.

It works on the rest of our site.

that issue app side can you please contact App Support team bcz your store working fine
