Error 500 is a temporary glitch or a general server problem, which is from Shopify’s end, and usually, Shopify developers resolve this issue within a few hours. If the issue continues to persist, then I would recommend you do the following:
- Clear cookies and cache files from the browser
- Change the browser to access the Shopify store
- Use different device
- Try accessing the Shopify store using incognito or private mode
- Change the Internet Service Provider
