How to fix a liquid error on my website's header, footer and product pages?

I thought i broke our theme layout but when i visit other store, it show the same error and “buy now” button is disappear. so its on shopify error. (glad i see this post or else im panicking what is going on)

It’s so frustrating because I could take having the error message, but the fact people can’t even buy anything AND other apps seem to be down on my site (like my instafeed etc) - I can’t make any money.

Fingers crossed we’ll get an update & fix from Shopify soon, but I hope it’s quickly

Just a guess but I suspect this might have something to do with the Additional Google Analytics JavaScript deprecation that happened today.

For our Shop it is the same. We just had a launch of a new collection and then the error showed up. This is ruining our whole marketing plan.

Can someone confirm that this is a problem on the shopify end?

Same in my shop www.monilia27.com both on PC and mobile. I have minimal theme but have same error with other themes’ preview. Under collections no preview images are shown…

I have the same issue liquid error internal message. My slide show front page is blank and the buy it now button, and click links are not shown. If you have any reply please let me know too!

Same on my shop.

I just launched my shop and made a massive marketing push, and now the shop is down. HAHAHA

How do we report issues like this to Shopify?

I am suddenly getting ‘Liquid error: internal’ coming up on my stie https://makespaceforthis.com/ Does anyone know why this has just happened. My images are all greyed out and my trust badges are also greyed out. I havent touched any code. Thanks

Getting the same error, without having changed anything. Must be a shopify issue.

I thought it was an app that was doing it, but seems like everyone is having the same problem. Hope Shopify fixes it soon

Hello,

I have the same problem on my website !

  • Liquid error: internal : on the top of my site
  • Liquid error (sections/footer.liquid line 123): internal : on my footer
  • Paypal express bouton doesnt works anymore.
  • Application “frequently-bought-together” doesnt works anymore.

And probably other things…

I also see that there is no problem when i check the website in editor mode.

Please correct this fast :disappointed_face:

This is the first time I’ve ever had an error and had to come into the community section.

Does anybody know what we’re supposed to do to get someone’s attention who can actually help?

My website is completely unusable, navigation down, links not working, buy button broken, product layout a mess…Shopify please fix this now. This is costing us all income we’ve working hard for. You will also need to compensate all effected websites.
