How to fix a looping issue in Dawn theme slideshow?

Hi,

I have added a Slideshow to Dawn theme (2.0). I have 5 slides in the slideshow at 5 seconds per slide. Once the slideshow finishes at slide 5, it then shows it is going back to slide 4, 3, 2, 1 to restart the loop.

I am wanting the slideshow to finish at slide 5 then automatically go to slide 1 and restart the slideshow so that it looks smooth and continuous, instead of showing it is rewinding back through the slides to restart.

Hope this makes sense. Any help will be much appreciated

Hi,

I want the slides to go 1 to 5 as normal but when it gets to the end at slide 5, the visualisation shows it going back 4,3,2,1 and then restarts from 1 again.

I want the bit where it shows it going backwards to be removed. So that it goes 1-5 and then repeats again 1-5 seamlessly, without showing it is going back to start.. so after slide 5 it shows slide 1 again but it does it smoothly

Hi Hannah,

I have checked the front end settings and couldn’t see anything that I can change, it only has the option for the slideshow to auto play but nothing more.

Yes please if you can find the solution from someone helping, that would really help. Not sure if it is something with the back end coding
