Hi @Ashmetzger ,
just quickly checked your sitemap (https://metzgersoehne.co.uk/sitemap.xml). Your sitemap consists of four “nested” sitemaps. See the screenshot:
Try copying all of the four sitemaps and submitting them to GSC as individual sitemaps. It worked for one of my clients.
