I removed everything but what’s left below, and I’m still getting the message. I’ve also tried deleting the A record that looks good and redoing it multiple times. Do I just need to be patient?

While I was able to successfully load the website, it redirected to: https://visionwoodwerx.com, I can see from the screenshot below that you have two A [email removed] records, which will cause issues. You should only have one A record whose host name is [email removed] and the Shopify IP address in the content field: 23.227.38.65.
Changes to your DNS can take up to 48 hours to to finalize, you can use a third party DNS checker to confirm when the changes finish. I like to use: https://dnschecker.org.
