From what you have described, it sounds like you are experiencing a local issue. Local issues are triggered by something on your device or your surrounding circumstances and they can be fixed by local troubleshooting. To pinpoint the cause and attempt to fix the error, you can perform local troubleshooting steps. Feel free to go through the steps below, then try to create a store after each step to see if any of these resolve the problem.
- Check if you’re using a supported browser and if your browser is up to date
- Clear browser cache and cookies
- Try accessing the page using an incognito window
- Try to access the page using a different supported browser or device
- Try accessing the page using a different internet provider (wifi or mobile data)

As you can’t log in, select ‘Can’t log in to your Shopify account’ and then immediately click on the ‘I still can’t access my account’ green button. Then scroll down to the bottom of the page, where you should see the ‘Get Support’ section, where you can select your preferred communication channel.
