I am having trouble with my stores shipping, I have connected my business auspost account through Addition but only the local delivery option is showing on my stores checkout. I really need help connecting this.

To confirm, is this the app that you’re using to configure your store’s shipping settings?
If so, because the app is a third-party one that has been made by developers outside of Shopify, you’ll need to get in touch with the app support team directly. They’re best equipped to help connect the app onto your store and check through your shipping settings to ensure that everything has been set up correctly.

Out of curiosity, is there a particular reason why you’re wanting to use Australia Post for your shipping carrier?
The reason that I ask is because we have a native feature that allows merchants in Australia to ship via Sendle and purchase shipping labels directly from the Shopify admin.
