Hi all,

Hope you are well! I’m using the Yuva Theme and I’m running into two issues. Is there anybody that has experience with the below issues? My store is www.schermuit.nl (pw = Test1).

  • Product descriptions are closed as default:

    • On product pages, the description is hidden by default behind a collapsible + icon, but I’d like it to be open by default. I’ve looked everywhere but I can’t find an option to do so. Is it possible to make it default for all product pages?
    • It’s the part of the page in pink in the first picture below

  • Contact page doesn’t update:

    • I’ve been editing my contact page for a while, but for some reason it’s stuck on an old version
    • When I save it now in the editor, it doesn’t update the live webpage
    • In the second image below you can see what the design is supposed to look (left, green star) vs. what it’s showing (right, red triangle), which is an older version
      • It doesn’t show a Rich Text field, custom contact text doesn’t update and that FAQ blocks shoeldn’t be there anymore
    • Do you maybe have any idea how I can ensure it updates correctly?

@Philip7644 Please follow the below steps to Product descriptions accordion to display by default and fix contact page. Let me know whether it is helpful for you.

  1. From admin, go to “Online Store” → “Themes”.
  2. Click “Customize” button from the current theme.

i) To display the product description by default:

  1. In Product page template, Click “Product page” section.
  2. Find the “Open product description accordion by default” checkbox and enable it like in the below attached screenshot.

  1. Then the final output will be like,

ii) To fix the contact page:
a) To add “Rich text” in contact page:

  1. Go to Contact page template, Click “Add section” option like in the below attached screenshot.

  1. Fill your custom content in the “description” option like in the below attached screenshot.

b) To Remove the FAQ section from contact page:

  1. In contact page template, Find the “Collapsible content” like in the below attached screenshot.

  1. Click delete icon in that section and save changes.

If you doesn’t have this option in your theme editor. This is because of your theme version might be low, to fix this you have to upgrade to the latest version or else we have to customize theme code.

Hey @Vinsinfo ,

Hope all is well! I’ve updated the theme to the latest version, but the contact page still has the same error. It shows a previous version of the contact page and I can’t amend it.

Do you have an idea what else we could do?
