How to fix automatic discount and manual discount not stacking?

I am trying to run an automatic discount (percent off order) plus a manual discount (percent off product). Was able to set them up however when I go and try them during checkout; it returns with an error prompt “A discount has been applied to this order. You can’t add another discount.”

You can install the application Haptech: B2B/wholesale. This App automatically discounts for products. On the checkout page, you can add an automatic discount as you like:

Do you have the same features shopocado offers as well?

Have you set your discount codes to combine with other codes?

Set your order code to combine with product codes and your product one to combine with order codes and it should work (not sure about auto codes workings with entered codes but in theory they should work).

Strangely, I dont have that option on the store

When I click into a discount that’s above the active dates. Sorry had thought it would be something everyone would have.

Did you create the discounts using Shopify’s native discounts, or did you use a 3rd-party app? Some apps rely on draft orders for discounts, which prevents them from combining with other discounts.
