This will vary wildly by theme where you have to fixt this basically just add a position:# for each level in the breadcrumbs hierarhy

So home is #1, a /collections/collection would #2 or #3(see /collections), a collections/collectionname/productnname would be #3 or #4, etc
FYI: chances of successful solutions increase with specificity, here you failed to title or mention the breadcrumbs was for googles structured data and not for a themes navigation breadcrumb UI.
Sorry to say that i am not too much expert in code writing,can you please help me to do this?
