Hi @TaoDeziel ,
Thanks for reaching out! Sorry to hear about this trouble.
I understand this urgency, as checkout is one of the most critical parts of your store.
Please share your store URL and the URL of the product you tried to checkout with that led to this error page. Of course, the best first step is to try to replicate the issue.
Previews make it possible to see how products or websites will look before they are published or for people working on a shop to share things they’re working on with other collaborators, but they are not intended for customers. Previews created from the themes section and the product pages function differently, but neither type of preview works with checkout.
Therefore, can you confirm that the product you tried to purchase is published to the Online Store sales channel. You can verify this by opening up any of the products from within the store admin. You will see their published status on the right-hand side.
If the product is published, I suggest adding a second theme to your store and testing the products from there. Does the same issue happen in the second theme file? If yes, then we know it’s an issue with the products. If not, we can narrow it down to a problem with the theme file and continue troubleshooting from there.
