Unfortunately many people are cloaking the websites and doing fake optimization using some kind of malicious codes. These codes totally destroy the SEO and effect the Google Merchant accounts. I have some of my clients who hired people on Fiverr for optimization and their merchant account get banned due to these malicious codes. It’s better to change the theme or ask that person to remove all optimization work.
