my name is Ernesto, I have been working on shopify for a very short time so I am very inexperienced.
I should fix a display error, for translations we rely on an app called Langify
Our site is originally in English, the other languages have been translated with Langify
The display errors are this
Basically when the site displays in English there are no errors
But when I change language, for example Italian .. both an English translation and an Italian translation are displayed
This happens for:
- Name of the garment
- Sizes (Y years, A Anni but they are the same)
- Article description
The site in question was made by a user I don’t know, so I hope to find useful advice on this community.
I sincerely thank those who will be able to help me and will be able to teach me useful notions

For errors related to the app as described, I recommend you contact the app directly, they will help you check and fix it quickly.
Because with the code of the app, it would be difficult for someone to debug and test the app better.

Hi @ErnestoP ,
Please make sure that the translated page HTML structure of the translated product page matches the HTML structure of the original product page.
Here’s a great example of the HTML structure not matching which you can view on your store by clicking on the <> button.
In such cases you can either manually copy over the original product page description together with its HTML structure or you can hover over the arrow between the editors and then click on “Import content from original” as shown in the following image:
Once done you’d just have to add your translations to the right side.
