How to fix duplicated product reporting errors after using Langify?

Our webshop has used a translation app, Langify, to mirror the english website to German. But when the products are translated, the products sold on the translated page are listed as a different product on shopify report. Is there a way to change that or support this issue?

I have checked with the app support and they said it is out of our control. langify is using the shopify translation API to translate the content. Issues in the reports probably are due to shopify.

Does anyone have any solution about this issue. Thank you!

We have experienced the same thing. This has started to happed quite recently, 18th of February is the first occurence, Have You found a solution to this already?

Unfortunately not. We just tried to tag the products and get the report of both English and German sites.
