I have searched through all these forums and have found no solution. When people upload their files, the picture link is showing as c:/fakepath.
I was told to disable dynamic checkout but I that checkbox only shows up for the original product template, not any of my custom ones. What can I do to make sure the customers uploads are coming through correctly. It’s really important because I sell custom products.
Please help.

What theme are you using? I have noticed that in the Debut theme following this tutorial:

Then when editing Option 2 - Modify theme.js to support AJAX file uploads
The theme.js file seems to already have been changed by the developers. The result is that if you use the add to cart button the file uploads fine but if you use the buy it now button you get the fakepath issue. Might be time to contact the debut developer.
