Hi i have a website on shopify and its giving me an error 423 i cant access my shopify dashboard but the website is running can someone help me please

Have you tried accessing your admin on a different device or browser? Sometimes an internet or web connection will pull an error, so it’s best to try on a new device or browser to see if that helps with accessing it. How long have you not been able to access your admin? I recommend reaching out to our live Support Team, as they will be able to look into account-specific information and hopefully figure out why the error is appearing on your end.
