How to fix hover image issue on Broadcast theme?

My client does not see the collections/homepage hover image (second image) on products. Help.

Also how do i get the hover image (second image) to show on mobile when touched?

Just checked your page, I see the image change normally when mouse hover on.
Can you share some image about the problem?
