I have an issue with my cart page when it’s empty, sometimes the content appear at the very bottom of the page and other times it’s at the top of the page as it’s expected to be. My website is selfmademembers.com, please help me fix it.

It seems like you already fix the problem.
no the problem is not fixed, if you click cart multiple time you will get both screens.
Any help?
