we are having a tech issue with the shipping options. sometimes our customers get to choose from UPS, USPS and other times they only get the USPS. I need DETAILED instructions how to solve this isse.
There are a few things that could be causing this issue. First, check to see if you have any shipping apps installed. If you do, try disabling them to see if that fixes the problem. Next, check your shipping settings to make sure that you have the correct shipping options enabled. If you’re not sure what to do, you can contact Shopify’s support team for help. If you’re still having trouble, try creating a new shipping profile. To do this, go to Settings > Shipping and delivery. Then, click on the Add shipping profile button. Enter the information for the shipping profile and then click Save. Let me know if that helps.
