I was using MLV Auto Currency Switcher.

When the currency was other than my store ($ Dollar), the sales prices / discounts on products didn’t show up.

I’ve used the app for a long time without noticing.

After I disabled the app in the theme editor and in the app settings, the currency switcher keeps showing on my store (if I have them both active, I get not 1, but 2 switchers on my website).

More and bigger problems:

  • If I uninstall the app, the currency remains on the last one chosen, doesn’t default to the main store currency. I need to install it again, in order to change it to the currency I want.
  • After uninstalled, people in other countries still see different currencies than the main one. How? Why?
  • After uninstalled, four MLVeda files still remain in my theme code. After deleting them, I get errors in my webpage. This ruined my website, as I have no idea how to fix it. Tried installing the app again, but the files don’t come back.

Do NOT use any MLVeda apps!
