I understand you’re running into an issue with what appears to be broken theme coding (liquid) on the top of your page. Has this issue been present ever since? Or, did it appear after making some changes to the theme’s coding?
If you’re not sure when or where the issue started, then I’d recommend checking if the issue persists using a clean install of your theme. The reason for this is to help identify whether it’s an issue with the installed theme or a more widespread issue.
If the issue is only present on the older theme, then it’s like due to changes made to the theme’s coding. You can try rolling back to an earlier version of your theme files to see if that resolves the issue. However, if the issue persists on both themes, then you can get support for your theme depending on the theme you’re using.
If you’re using a Shopify-supported theme, then this is something that our Theme Support team can help you look into. While we’re not able to provide account-specific support via the Shopify Community at this time, we’d be happy to continue assisting you through live chat, email, or callback. Please visit the Shopify Help Center and log in to your account to create a support request. However, if you’re using a third-party or custom theme, then we’d recommend reaching out to the theme designers for support with your theme.
I’d love to know if rolling back to an older version or installing a new copy of your theme can help resolve the issue. Keep me posted!
Yea.. No I won’t be dumping 100’s of hours of customization work to deal with a small issue like a small error at top of page. Should we disassemble your entire custom home and replace it down to the fresh cement pour because of a scratch on the wall?
More so hoping someone in the community has seen similar issues before and has a suggestion to look for.
