How to fix mobile slideshow formatting on Brooklyn theme?

I am using the Brooklyn theme for my store. I have used their main slideshow on my homepage. It shows up nicely on the desktop version, but all of the images and text are misaligned and cut off on the mobile version of my site.

Is there a way to fix the formatting of the slideshow for my mobile site?

I found it was due to custom coding I had inputted and needed to delete it for it to adapt to mobile
