How to fix mobile view sort by menu issue on my site?

Hi,

I have an issue with the Mobile view of my site.

When anyone goes to any Collection, the Sort By menu pops up on the screen and you cant see the products behind it.

It only happens on the mobile view, not the desktop view.

I have even tried turning off the Sort By option, and even Filter By options, and no matter what, the Sort By menu pops up when you start scrolling through products, and you cant get rid of it. The ‘X’ in the top right doesn’t work, and selecting an option does nothing.

Has anyone seen something like this before, and have a solution?

Thanks for your reply. We have fixed the issue - it was an app that caused the bug, which we have now uninstalled.
