Every time I do a change on a page other pages will have the same pages. What would be an easy fix for this?
I checked online and it was said to add multiple templates for pages but I can’t seem to be able to do so. I’m not too good with tech so building this store for my work has been challenge. Any quick easy fix is appreciated

It sounds like you have discovered the issue but just aren’t sure how to resolve the problem in a way that works for you. Hopefully I can clear that up and give you some options for a solution.
When you are editing your theme within the Theme Editor (Online Store > Themes > Edit Theme) you are adjusting the way the website looks across all pages. You can use the theme editor to create unique templates for each type of page you might have (Example: FAQs, Shipping Policy, Return Policy, Contact Us, etc) or you can create a basic layout for all pages and edit the page content from within the individual page details inside the admin.
If you are just adding standard text or image content to the pages then you will want to instead do that from where you created the pages themselves. Please have a look at the screenshot below:
You can also create new page templates from within the theme editor by choosing the “Create Template” option from the drop down menu at the top of the editor.

You can totally create different templates for different pages and then assign your pages to a specific template with the page editor
From your Shopify admin, go to Online Store > Themes > Customize
Select Pages > Default Page from the page selector then click on Create template
Next, you’ll need to assign pages to each template:
From your Shopify admin, go to Online Store > Pages
Use the search filter to locate the page that you want to change, or click on the page from the list of existing pages.
In the Online store section, use the dropdown menu to select a new theme template to apply to the selected page.
Click Save.
