How to fix products per row and have add to cart below each (Brooklyn)

Relevant sections:

  1. Homepage featured collection
  2. Individual Collection page
  3. All products

Looking to freeze to two products per row and have a add to cart button below each product. Currently my product is appearing in the left half (screenshot below) and the add to cart is centered. I want to have grid of 2 products per row. its ok to have only one product on the left (and add to cart centered below the product) if there are odd number of products (Eg: 3,5 etc). Can anyone help?
