How to fix Razer Merchant Service payment issue in Malaysia?

Hi!

I have signed up with Razer merchant services in Malaysia.

I have a problem with the payment system. After successfully deducting payment from a e-wallet or the bank QR code using duitnow, the page returns to the payment information page and the order placed gets stuck in the abandoned checkouts section.

Anyone can help me on this? Also, what is the format of the return/notification/callback URL for Instant pay notification under RMS?

Any help is appreciated.

Hi Morris,

Can you confirm that the Verify Key and Secret Key is the same under RMS Settings?

They mentioned that for Shopify, it must be the same for it to work. If they are not, contact support via email and mention that you are using Shopify.

I’ve only had that issue when they are different. When they are the same, all of the stores I have installed in worked perfectly.
