Hello,
I have the Route protection insurance auto added on all orders I sell. The problem is, if the customer adds to cart and checks out to fast the insurance option doesn’t have enough time to be auto added. The customer would have to add to cart and wait about 10 seconds for the insurance to auto add to cart.
Is there a fix for this? Of course there has been two customers already with damaged items who said the insurance did not auto add.
